Compliance for Government Contractors
Approximately 50% of businesses that are awarded SBIR grants do not receive the support they need to be successful. These businesses are creating innovative ideas and technologies that drive growth and development in our country. Our processes ensure that financial records comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and that systems are compliant and approved to transact with the Federal Government. Our experience includes working on contracts from various government agencies, including the DOD, DOE, DHS, NIH, NSF and USDA and supporting DCAA audits (pre-award (SF1408), incurred cost, forward pricing and timekeeping floor checks) ensuring government compliance, proper accounting and timekeeping system setup and correct recording of financial transactions.
Financial Consulting for Small Businesses & Startups
We develop financial systems with customized solutions for startups and small businesses. Our experience includes enhancing current processes to identify redundancies and implement improvements so that clients' may reach their business objectives. We maintain client financial records and create financial reports by performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger and managing monthly and quarterly close processes in accordance with GAAP.
